Hours: 16 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 15:15–18:30
Friday: 15:00–18:00

About the Role

Dalkia UK is looking for a Cleaner to join our team at St Ambrose Primary School. You'll help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Working as part of our Facilities Management team, you'll follow cleaning schedules and site procedures to deliver consistently high standards throughout the school.

You'll be supporting a primary school through the delivery of a clean, safe and well-maintained learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily cleaning duties across designated areas of the school.
  • Clean and sanitise classrooms, offices, washrooms and communal spaces.
  • Replenish consumables and maintain cleaning supplies.
  • Safely use cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Follow cleaning schedules, site procedures and health and safety requirements.
  • Report maintenance issues, damage or hazards promptly.

  • Commitment to health, safety and high cleaning standards.

Previous cleaning experience, particularly within a school or similar environment, would further support your application.
