Compliance Engineer

There's a permanent opportunity for you here as a Compliance Engineer to join one of our flagship retail contracts in the West End, London

The Role

Fire Door Inspections
Monthly emergency light testing
Monthly fire extinguisher and fire blanket checks
Fire Damper inspections
Weekly Fire alarm checks
Weekly evc checks
Quarterly smoke vent checks
Weekly flushing
Training will be provided if needed.

Hours of Work

4 on 4 off shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm – 7am)

Qualifications and Experience Required

Proven experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on compliance.
Familiarity with regulatory bodies and industry standards
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Experience in using maintenance management software and tools.
