We have a fixed-term opportunity for a part-time Evening Cleaner to join our facilities team at EDF Energy Cannington Court, a unique conference venue in Somerset.

Cannington Court boasts 50 en-suite bedrooms, a wide range of learning and meeting spaces, plus learning technology throughout. Our facilities team are dedicated to creating a welcoming ambience and an exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Hours of work

  • Monday – Friday 5pm – 9pm
  • 20 hours per week
  • Fixed-term 12 week contract

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing all parts of the facilities
  • Floor vacuuming / cleaning / spot cleaning / mopping
  • Dusting, including damp wiping and high level dusting
  • Emptying of waste bins and following site recycling specification
  • Stairway cleaning
  • Internal glass partition and mirror cleaning
  • Cleaning of spills

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Operative
  • Unless you live locally you will need to have your own transport due to the lack of public transport available
  • Good written and verbal communication skills - there will be daily interaction with client staff and site visitors
