- Working alongside Project Leaders to develop and implement effective quality management controls that meet both Dalkia and client expectations.
- Maintaining and developing quality assurance documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection & Test Forms (ITFs), Quality Sign-Offs (QSOs) and Quality Hold Points (QHPs).
- Supporting project teams with the creation, implementation and management of quality documentation throughout project delivery.
- Assisting with supply chain onboarding, ensuring subcontractors understand project quality standards and expectations.
- Carrying out site inspections, audits and quality assurance reviews to verify compliance and workmanship standards.
- Managing customer complaints and supporting effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Leading non-conformance management processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Identifying quality risks, opportunities and emerging trends before they impact project delivery.
- Producing quality dashboards, reports and project performance data for project leaders and stakeholders.
- Delivering training, coaching and practical guidance to project teams on quality processes and best practice.
- Promoting and supporting the use of digital quality management tools and platforms such as BIM 360, Asite and Openspace.
- Supporting the development of strategies to measure and reduce the cost of poor quality across projects.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and lessons learned across the business.
